Start Mastering DrainageIn my early twenties I was unwell: daily “seasonal” allergies that never stopped, GI distress, rashes and eczema, constant fatigue, and intense anxiety. A close family friend, Dr. Thomas Szulc, an MD practicing natural medicine, told me the body is built to heal and that persistent symptoms signal unaddressed underlying root causes. He started me on European drop-dose drainage remedies to lower toxic load and restore regulation, explaining that a high toxic burden was overwhelming my system and that opening detox pathways would rekindle self regulation and immune strength.
Within weeks my energy lifted, GI symptoms eased, and allergies softened day by day. We later added IV drainage, neural therapy, chelation for heavy metals from long-held amalgams, plus targeted nutrients and herbs. Drainage remained the foundation of the entire approach.
I was hooked. I deferred a veterinary track to co-found a company with Dr. Szulc and his son Caspar importing drainage remedies for practitioners. Eventually I left the business to earn my ND and MAc at NUNM in Portland and brought drainage into clinical care. Over nearly a decade of practice I watched patients experience the same shift I did as terrain cleared and regulation returned.
